Of course! Most of our guests come alone. We design every event so that meeting people and chatting feels easy.
No. Event tickets are non-refundable and carry no right of withdrawal. The only exception is if we cancel the event or change its date, time or venue; in that case we refund the full amount, or move your ticket to the new date or another event if you prefer. If you can't make it, you can pass your ticket to a friend with "Send ticket to a friend" using their member number (one transfer every 30 days per account).
Once your payment is confirmed, your ticket appears as a QR code under My Account → My Tickets. Just have it scanned at the entrance; a duo ticket has a separate QR for each person.
When you pay by bank transfer (Havale/EFT/FAST), a bank transfer discount is applied to the list price at the rate shown at the payment step; card payments are charged the list price. All discount codes (points, campaign codes etc.) are valid only for bank transfer (Havale/EFT/FAST) payments and apply on top of the discounted amount. The Company reserves the right to change discount, campaign and payment-method-specific pricing rules by announcing them in advance.
