Yes. Cancel with one click from the membership card in My Account. When you cancel, all your perks continue until the end of the current period and you won't be charged for the next one. No partial refund is given for the remaining time.
The first payment is taken the day your subscription starts. After that, your saved card is charged automatically on the same day every month (every year on the yearly plan). If a payment fails, you'll see it in My Account; just check your card.
On the yearly plan you pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free. The monthly plan has no commitment; stop whichever month you like.
We'll let you know before any price change takes effect and state clearly whether existing subscribers keep the old price. You can cancel anytime before renewing at the new price.
New boxes are announced in Premium Backstage. As a Premium member you request one from the box page; each box has limited stock and you can request each box once. Contents depend on sponsors and stock.
As a Premium member you generate a single-use code from My Account once a month. The code only works on your account: use it when buying a ticket for your friend and that ticket gets 15% off.
For now subscriptions are only available on our website. Once you sign in with the same account, your perks apply in the app too.
