Of course! Most of our guests come alone. We design every event so that meeting people and chatting feels easy.
No. Event tickets are non-refundable and carry no right of withdrawal. The only exception is if we cancel the event or change its date, time or venue; in that case we refund the full amount, or move your ticket to the new date or another event if you prefer. If you can't make it, you can pass your ticket to a friend with "Send ticket to a friend" using their member number (one transfer every 30 days per account).
Once your payment is confirmed, your ticket appears as a QR code under My Account → My Tickets. Just have it scanned at the entrance; a duo ticket has a separate QR for each person.
